Scratch Kitchen is a family-owned, farm-to-table Bistro located in Olney, MD. We blend European technique and new world innovation in a classic American setting. We are inspired by local farmers, our mantra is that fresh and pure ingredients speak for themselves. Partnering local ensures our ingredients are fresh and that quality always leads.
Our innovative yet classic dishes are complemented by, in-house squeezed and pressed juices, ethically sourced coffees, and locally produced treats. An intimate dining area and emphasis on serene greenery provide a relaxed feel, while our staff delivers impeccable, yet approachable service.
