Partners In Care Maryland is the recognized leader in Maryland for programs and services that support the independence of older adults.
We support you aging in place through guaranteed transportation, home maintenance, advocacy, social engagement and person centered unlimited member care.
Transportation provides door through door round-trip transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery stores, and to run errands. Every CFL member receives a free home assessment by credentialed senior home safety specialist!
