Brooke Grove Foundation is seeking a motivated Director of Admissions to lead and manage the Admissions team. This person will plan, direct and coordinate the admissions process for the nursing home and assisted living home residents personally or through admissions counselors, and collaborate with the admissions team, management and nursing staff to ensure timely and appropriate pre-admission assessments, and admissions procedures. The Director of Admissions also directs and assigns duties to the admissions liaison, admissions counselors and administrative assistants. The ideal candidate will hold a BA in communications or equivalent combination of education and experience in a long-term care facility and rehabilitative services.
