    Job Opportunity – Front Counter Customer Service

    Germantown Copy Center Inc. has a full time opening for a Customer Service Associate Germantown Copy Center, a women owned small business, is a full service printing and mailing company with over 33 year of business to the Germantown and Metro DC area.

    We are extremely customer service oriented. We operate a 4200 sq. ft. facility with a
    staff of about 10 employees. We are currently looking for a full time customer service
    associate for our front counter / lobby.

    - Handles customer service at the front counter.
    - Answers phones and helps customers as need, transfers calls to the proper person or takes messages.
    - Taking orders either by phone and / or e-mail, completing work orders (Job Jackets)
    - Completes invoicing and takes payments, using QuickBooks On-line
    - Skilled in the use of Outlooks & Microsoft Office. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
    - Contacts clients when orders are ready for pick up.
    - Has good work ethic and attention to detail and is customer service oriented.
    - Occasionally assist’s in the print finishing area with folding, stuffing, collating, and bindery, laminating, and trimming when needed. These are accomplished by hand and/or by machine. We will teach you how to use the equipment.
    - Assists with keeping the shop clean and neat.
    - Is a team player and works well with others and dresses appropriately.
    - Must pass background check and be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.

    Our business hours are 8:30 – 5:30 Monday thru Friday.
