at the Fair Hill Shopping Center, Water Fountain
A dedication will be held to celebrate the birthday of Officer Leotta with the unveiling of a memorial plaque to honor and recognize his service and service to the community of which he loved and lived.
Though, Officer Leotta died in the line of duty at the age of 24 on December 10, 2015, at the hands of a drunk driver, his legacy of saving lives continues with the enactment of Noah's Law on October 1, 2016. Among other things, Noah's Law requires that an interlock device be installed in the car of all convicted drunk drivers and increases suspension times in the State of Maryland. Noah will never be forgotten and his spirit will live on forever.
Officer Noah Leotta Act Responsibly Scholarship Winner will be announced.
There are continued efforts to prevent drunk driving through the foundation at: officernoahaleottafoundation.org
